Entry Process
Please note: We have streamlined access to two entry points, both of one way traffic. There WILL BE QUEUES and delays, we ask for your patience. We also ask that you remember we are staffed by volunteers, so be patient with us and we'll get you where you need to be!
If you have been advised you are in Elite Street, or Step Back in Time, please state this at the gate.
If you have a VIP access, please show your pass to the Gate managers.
On the day, vehicles can go to either Entry Gate 1 or Gate 2. Groups, registered vehicles, and clubs will be assigned an entry gate number prior to the event and be emailed same.
Gate 1 Car Entry
If you are driving North on the Hume Hwy the best option is the first exit for Euroa and as you drive into town you will come to the only set of lights in town, continue on to Kirkland Ave where you will need to turn left and will enter the site.
If you are coming South towards Euroa take the first exit where McDonalds, Shell and KFC are and then follow the sign into Euroa which goes over the Hume Hwy, follow the road along to Kirkland Ave and turn right into the gate entrance.
If you are coming in from the Shepparton area or West you will need to follow the current detour signs through to Birkett St railway crossing and join Clifton St.
Gate 2 Car Entry
If you are driving North on the Hume Hwy the best option is the first exit for Euroa and as you drive into town you will come to the only set of lights in town where you will need to turn left and the signs will direct you to gate 2 where you will enter the site.
If you are coming south towards Euroa take the first exit where McDonalds, Shell and KFC are and then follow the sign into Euroa which goes over the Hume Hwy, follow the road along and ignore the first entrance you see and then turn right into Anderson St at the lights.
If you are coming in from the Shepparton area or West you will need to follow the current detour signs through to Birkett St railway crossing and turn into Bury St.
Additional Note: There is no exit from the Show and Shine except in an emergency, until after the presentations. The exit roads will be closed due to pedestrians around the stage area in Kirkland Avenue. There will be an announcement once exiting is permitted, due to safety reasons.
In an emergency, please see any area or gate manager, and ask them to facilitate an emergency exit. Again, we remind you that we are staffed by volunteers and ask for your patience.
